Dr. Manoja Moulitharan received her Honours Bachelor of Science from The University of Toronto. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Waterloo. Her extensive clinical training included an emphasis on glaucoma, dry eye disease, and myopia control.

Dr. Manoja Moulitharan has participated in volunteer projects both locally and abroad in Moldova to perform eye exams to underserviced populations. Dr. Manoja Moulitharan provides comprehensive eye examinations to all ages and can provide services in Tamil as well as English.

Dr. Jonathan Niavis graduated with his Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science. He also has completed an extra year of residency training in Pediatrics and Vision Therapy Rehabilitation. On top of English, he is also able to perform eye exams in Greek and Spanish. He has been on several mission trips as well in various areas of Latin America performing eye exams.

Dr. Niavis sees patients of all ages for routine eye examinations. He also performs binocular vision and visual skills assessments for children that may be struggling with reading and learning, as well as neuro-developmental examinations for those who have suffered from acquired brain injuries.

Dr. Hei In (Cynthia) Tang received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Waterloo, followed by a Doctorate of Optometry degree at Salus University, Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She then completed a residency program in Primary Care & Ocular Disease at Salus University.

Dr. Tang has a special interest in pediatric optometry and completed a pediatrics rotation during her studies. She has taken leadership roles in educating and supervising optometry students in school screenings and clinical settings during her training in residency. Since completing her residency program, Dr. Tang has been practicing as an independent optometrist with main focus on comprehensive eye care, ocular disease, and emergency eye care.

Dr. Tang is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. She is currently accepting new patients and is pleased to offer full scope optometric eyecare to patients of all ages.
